Returns & Refunds Policy
Your right to cancel
If you live in the EU, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, email us at customersupport@lumisca.shop with your order number.
Hygiene exception
For health and hygiene reasons, skincare products can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original sealed condition. Opened products can't be returned unless they are faulty or arrived damaged.
How to return
1. Email us at customersupport@lumisca.shop with your order number.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Refunds
Once we receive the return, we'll refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The original shipping cost is refunded if you return the full order.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you.
