Lumisca is a online store. We sell online only. You can contact us at any time at customersupport@lumisca.shop

By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

2. Products
Our products are cosmetics for external use only. We describe them as accurately as possible, but packaging and colours may vary slightly from the photos. Results vary from person to person. Please check the ingredient list before use and patch test first if your skin is sensitive. Stop use if irritation occurs.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro (€). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Orders
You'll receive an email once your order is placed. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud. In that case, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Shipping
Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates.

6. Returns and refunds
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products can't be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Faulty or damaged products
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

8. Liability
We are not responsible for reactions caused by using a product against the directions or warnings on its packaging. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Website content
All text, images and design on this website belong to Lumisca and may not be copied without permission.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the consumer protections of your own country.
