Processing time
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery times
Ireland: [7–14] business days
European Union: [7–15] business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, email us at [your email] and we'll look into it.

Taxes and duties
All prices include VAT. [There are no extra customs fees on delivery for orders to the EU.]

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated time, contact us at customersupport@lumisca.shop with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
